    Instructions

    • In a medium bowl, add 16 oz of sour cream.
    • Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the sour cream.
    • Add 2 tbsp of bacon bits, and gently fold all ingredients using a rubber spatula until well combined.
    • Fold in 2 sliced green onions for a fresh burst of flavor.
    • Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
    • Serve chilled in a bowl with your favorite tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies. Enjoy the perfect party dip!

    Notes

For optimal flavor, let the dip chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra bacon bits and sliced green onions for an appealing presentation. Swap bacon bits with crumbled cooked bacon for a richer taste. Add heat by mixing in 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce for a spicy kick. Store leftovers in the fridge, covered, for up to 3 days. Enjoy fresh every time!
